Messy Church

What is Messy Church at St. Margaret’s? It is an enriched children and family program of Christian Education. It is an introduction to the greatest parables and stories of Jesus and the Bible that teach the values of love, truth and justice as well as the belief in God Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer.

This happens with the supportive presence of parents or grandparents or other adult. It is interactive with lots of fun and creativity. Because we meet once a month from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on a Saturday, we have time for story, drama, prayer, song, and themed crafts along with a family supper prepared especially for the occasion.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:25
