Obituary for Margaret Katherine Gillespie

Margaret Katherine Gillespie passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie, on Monday May 17th 2010. Margaret Gillespie was in her 85th year, beloved wife of the late Gordon Gillespie, loving mother of George, Barb Guitard, Bob (Mary), John (Debbie), Mary (Julius) Kairys and Doug (Rachel) and the late David Gillespie. Margaret was a much loved grandmother and great grandmother. She is also survived by her brothers William (Donna) Mailer and Andrew (Helen) Mailer. Predeceased by her sister Christine (Vince) Lupa and brother James Mailer. Friends were invited to visitation at Adams Funeral Home, 445 St. Vincent Street (just north of Cundles Rd.) Barrie, on Monday May 24th from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service was be held at St. Margaret's Anglican Church 161 Hanmer Street West, Barrie on Tuesday May 25th, 2010 at 1 o'clock p.m. Interment is in Barrie Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Margaret's Anglican Church or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
