Christmas Dinner

Saturday November 23rd 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Unbelievable but it’s coming quickly! Saturday, November 23rd is this year’s date. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We have a sign-up sheet asking for baked goods for our Tea (cut in small individual pieces) and for our Bake Table (please just bring them in one large batch as we would like to package them in variety trays) and whole pies for sale. We will also need people to help on the day of the sale. We are also looking for crafts to be donated for the sale as well. We are not collecting used goods this year. Please save your used goods for a yard sale in spring. If you are interested in renting a table to sell your craft goods for yourself the price is $40 per table. Please speak to Beth Steffler if you have questions.

CHRISTMAS CRAFT EVENINGS

Thursday evenings, Oct. 24th and Nov. 7th

We will be holding our craft evenings preparing things for our Christmas Craft and Bake Sale. If you have some crafts you are working on or some ideas you would like to come out and share or if you would just like to come out for a social evening come join us on Thursday evenings, Oct. 24th and Nov. 7th. We will have tea, coffee, biscuits and conversation to enjoy.

PIE BAKING

we are looking for people to help do baking of pies to sell at our Christmas Dinner. We have lots of rhubarb so we need to make them into pies. They are one of our most popular kind. We need dozens of pies for the sale so if you are able to help speak to Colleen.
