Obituary for Len Crawford

Len Crawford ( a W.W.II Veteran and long-time Member of the Barrie Lions Club) passed away suddenly at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010. Len Crawford, of Barrie, was in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee Hawn). Greatly loved by his many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and by his friends. Visitation was at the Jennett Chapel of the McClelland & Slessor Funeral Home, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Sunday, January 17th. The funeral service was held at St. Margaret's Anglican Church, on Monday, January 18th at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment Barrie Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.funeralhome.on.ca
